"Having worked at Papico since 2000 I now feel part of the fixtures & fittings!! Everyone knows me as the dizzy (good job I am blonde) long legged one & for my bread making skills!! A home-made loaf is devoured the same day it is brought in!!
My passions outside of work are my niece & nephew, who keep me busy & leave me broke, my Bengal cat Simba – aka Squirt, going walking & camping with the dogs, training Bailey (my Mum’s Goldie) & more recently I have become a puppy trainer at the Dog Club. I also enjoy reading a good book, jetting off to sunny climates, shopping & a few cheeky vino’s every now & then!"
P.S Don’t believe Nicola when she says that she will marry Edward Cullen - he is going to marry me!!!
